Construction Visa Sponsorship Jobs in Vermont

Key Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices and payments
• Match invoices to purchase orders and receipts
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain accurate accounts payable records
• Assist with month-end closing activities
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams regarding payment inquiries
• Process packing slips and receivers, and close purchase orders
• Provide back-up for other team members (as needed)

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of accounts payable or accounting experience preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
