Education and/or training: PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering or closely related field required.
Specific knowledge, skills, and abilities:

Solid theoretical understanding and experience with the following research topics:

Diagnosis, classification and tracking of disease by combining genomic, proteomics, histopathology and radiomic data with clinical information for precision and personalized medicine using MRI, CT, PET, and other imaging modalities
- Segmentation of longitudinal volumetric medical scans, shape and texture modeling and analysis, and their underlying mathematical and statistical principles
- Develop learning models including Supervised, Unsupervised, Reinforcement and deep learning in combination with Bayesian Statistics from large and small data examples
- Foundation model adoption and foundation model pipelines development
- Resilience and uncertainty analysis of AI systems
- Scaling and systems theoretic modeling of generative AI
- Develop and implement experiments on Large Language Models (LLMs)
