You'll serve as a Technical Briefing Coordinator, managing complex logistics and schedules, researching and preparing meeting materials, and supporting engagement planning and execution. - Build and maintain a living repository of briefing resources, templates, and best practices for future needs
- Support logistics and scheduling, as well as tracking of post-meeting action items
- Develop and deliver technical briefings that inspire and inform senior leaders, translating cutting-edge scientific and operational topics into clear, compelling narratives
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and team members in other offices to design engaging and comprehensive briefing content, as well as other materials
- Coordinate and work on special projects to accelerate success in a few key agency areas

- 5+ years of experience supporting executives or government agencies in the fields of science, technology, and innovation

- Doctorate degree in a Science, Engineering, or Public Health field
