Which marketing & advertising companies sponsor visas in Wisconsin?
Major Wisconsin employers that have sponsored marketing visas include Northwestern Mutual in Milwaukee, Epic Systems in Verona, Johnson Controls, and Harley-Davidson. Healthcare systems like Aurora Health Care and manufacturing companies across the state also sponsor marketing roles, particularly for digital marketing specialists and brand management positions focused on B2B marketing.
How to find marketing & advertising visa sponsorship jobs in Wisconsin?
Migrate Mate specializes in Wisconsin marketing and advertising roles that offer visa sponsorship. Focus on Milwaukee's financial services sector, Madison's healthcare tech companies, and Green Bay's manufacturing firms. Many Wisconsin employers sponsor H-1B visas for marketing analytics, digital marketing, and brand management positions that require specialized skills in data analysis or industry expertise.
Which visa types are most common for marketing & advertising roles in Wisconsin?
H-1B visas are most common for Wisconsin marketing positions, especially for roles requiring analytics expertise, digital marketing specialization, or advanced degrees. O-1 visas occasionally apply for creative directors or marketing executives with exceptional achievements. TN visas may be available for Canadian and Mexican citizens in specific marketing analyst roles.
Which cities in Wisconsin have the most marketing & advertising sponsorship jobs?
Milwaukee leads with financial services and healthcare marketing roles, followed by Madison's tech and healthcare sector opportunities. Green Bay offers manufacturing and consumer goods marketing positions, while smaller cities like Appleton and Eau Claire have emerging opportunities in healthcare systems and regional corporate headquarters that sponsor marketing professionals.
What prevailing wage considerations apply to marketing jobs in Wisconsin?
Wisconsin's lower cost of living affects prevailing wages for H-1B marketing positions, which can make sponsorship more affordable for employers. Milwaukee and Madison typically have higher prevailing wages than other Wisconsin cities. Marketing roles requiring specialized skills like marketing automation, data analytics, or healthcare marketing expertise often qualify for higher wage levels.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored marketing & advertising jobs in Wisconsin?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
