Job Title: Executive Assistant to Head Coach
Reports to: Head Coach

Summary: This position provides administrative and personal support to the Head Coach, administrative and logistical support to Assistant and Player Development Coaches using interpersonal skills, discretion, judgment, organizational ability and initiative in all tasks and assignments.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all requests, scheduling and calendar, communication, and all day-to-day operations for the Head Coach.
- Coordinate travel and logistics, business and personal, for the Head Coach and family, as well as arranging all travel logistics for Assistant/Player Development Coaches, Video Staff and Coaching Consultants both in-season and off-season.
- Assist with team scheduling, both daily and appearance/team mandatory events, with the Head Coach.
- Oversee and distribute all Coaching Staff tickets/credentials/parking for Home Games and coordinate Away Games tickets/credentials with PR.
- Responsible for reconciling all corporate and personal expenses for the Head Coach, as well as the Assistant/Player Development Coaches and Video Staff.
- Compiling and overseeing the Coaching and Video staff budgets to include reforecasting and submitting annual budgets in correlation with the VP and Director of Basketball Operations.
- Assist in On-Boarding and relocation of Coaching Staff in correlation with Chief Human Capital Officer.
- Work in collaboration with Executive/Special Assistants for General Manager and President of the Bucks on all operational matters, as assigned by the Head Coach, General Manager and/or President.
- Plan events for Coaching Staff and team as directed by the Head Coach.
- Collaborate with the Bucks Player Services & Family Programming departments to execute the Head Coach’s vision for player and family care.
- Assist with philanthropic and volunteer initiatives that the Head Coach and his family undertake personally, and within the Bucks Foundation and Community programs.
- Facilitate relationship-building within the Milwaukee and Wisconsin communities (i.e. business, service, health care, education, government, etc.).
- Coordinate off-season travel needs, when needed, for medical and other Basketball Operations staff (i.e. hotel accommodation, ground transportation, etc.).
- Coordinate All-Star Weekend arrangements/ticket needs for Coaching and Video Staff.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualification Requirements:
- Minimum of two-year degrees in Business Administration or five years in equivalent work experience as Executive Assistant
- Basic knowledge/understanding of risk management
- Computer literacy within a Windows environment
- Strong customer relations and communications skills (verbal and written) and experience in project/process supervision
- Articulate, proactive and forward thinking
- Judgment to independently handle a variety of administrative details and confidential matters with the highest level of integrity
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, ever-changing, and stress-filled environment
- Valid driver’s license
