Job Summary
Loenbro is seeking Journeyman Electricians for project-based work in Kemmerer, WY. We are looking for safety-focused, self-motivated professionals with experience in industrial and heavy commercial environments.
In this role, you will work independently and as part of a team to install, start up, troubleshoot, commission, and service industrial electrical systems and equipment. Successful candidates will have a strong commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and delivering reliable solutions in demanding project environments.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in industrial and heavy commercial environments.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications to complete electrical installations accurately and efficiently.
- Perform start-up, testing, troubleshooting, commissioning, and servicing of electrical systems and related equipment.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with NEC requirements, project standards, and company safety policies.
- Collaborate with project teams, customers, and other trades to support successful project execution and on-time completion.
Minimum Qualifications
Required:
- Licensed Journeyman Electrician with 7+ years of commercial/industrial experience; successful apprenticeship required.
- Must possess a valid Wyoming state electrical license in good standing or reciprocal licensing from AK, AR, CO, ID, ME, MN, MT, NE, NH, NM, ND, OK, OR, SD, TX, IA, or UT.
- Proficient reading blueprints, one line diagrams, risers, and electrical schematics.
- Skilled with conduit bending tools, cable tray layout, device trim, and load bank operations.
- Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills; able to work independently as required.
- Must be 18+ and able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background checks and be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred:
- Have excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Basic computer knowledge
