Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Teach college-level Dual Enrollment courses in campus-based, high school-based, online, hybrid, synchronous, and/or asynchronous learning environments.
- Deliver engaging, high-quality instruction that promotes student success and academic excellence.
- Develop and maintain a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for high school students enrolled in college coursework.
- Assess student learning, provide meaningful feedback, and submit grades in accordance with university deadlines.
- Maintain regular communication with students and respond promptly to academic inquiries.
- Utilize Blackboard Ultra and other instructional technologies to support teaching and learning.
- Maintain accurate academic records and comply with university policies, procedures, and accreditation standards.
- Participate in required faculty meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.
- Collaborate with University administrators, department faculty, and K–12 partners to support the goals of the Dual Enrollment Program.
- Serve as a positive representative of Alabama A&M University while engaging students, parents, school partners, and the community.

- Master's degree from a regionally accredited institution.
- Minimum of 18 graduate semester hours in the teaching discipline.
