- Prepare and maintain course materials, including syllabi, lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and other instructional resources.
- Foster a student-centered learning environment that encourages participation, professional development, and practical application of business concepts.
- Evaluate student performance and provide timely, constructive feedback to support learning and growth.
- Maintain accurate student records, including attendance, participation, and other required documentation.
