INTRODUCTION
Kelly Services is hiring a Recruiting Specialist in Farmington, CT! If you thrive in full-cycle recruiting and enjoy partnering closely with hiring managers, this role places you at the center of talent acquisition operations. You’ll manage end-to-end recruitment activities using Workday, support hiring initiatives across departments, and play a key role in delivering qualified talent efficiently and compliantly.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Post and manage job requisitions in Workday, including updating and editing job descriptions
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and qualification requirements
- Screen resumes and cover letters to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct phone screens, virtual interviews, and in-person interviews aligned with recruiting processes
- Maintain accurate candidate data and workflow status within the applicant tracking system
- Attend job fairs, career events, and recruiting initiatives as assigned
- Extend offers and support offer negotiations under guidance of the Head of A2H
- Support Talent Acquisition activities including affirmative action reporting, system updates, and candidate communications
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working within the Workday Recruiting module required
- Prior experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition preferred
- Strong administrative background; experience in a mid-size to large corporate environment strongly preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

- Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM | Full-Time
- Hybrid: 3 days on-site / 2 days remote (after ramp-up)
- $30.00–$35.00/hr DOE | Weekly Pay
