- Build a high-performing operations organization by developing plant leadership, strengthening succession pipelines, and establishing clear ownership for business results
- Collaborate across Commercial, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and Human Resources to align customer requirements, launches, investments, labor strategies, and operational priorities
