Duties
- Lead and manage daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and materials handling to ensure smooth distribution center functions.
- Oversee the operation of warehouse equipment such as forklifts and material handling machinery, ensuring safe and effective use in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Supervise team members, providing clear managerial communication, training on warehouse procedures, safety protocols, and equipment operation to foster a high-performance environment.
- Enforce safety policies adhering to OSHA regulations, conducting safety inspections, incident reporting, and promoting a culture of safety awareness among staff.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing warehouse distribution operations with a strong background in warehouse supervision or management roles..

Pay: $56,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
