Accounting Specialist – Full Time
Grand Management Services is seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our accounting department.
We are an established and growing property management company overseeing a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, and affordable housing properties throughout Oregon.
This position plays an important role in our daily accounting operations and includes responsibilities such as:
* Preparing monthly owner financial statements and reports.
* Processing owner ACH payments.
* Preparing and reviewing bank statements and reconciliations.
* Assisting with accounts payable.
* Maintaining accurate financial records.
* Preparing various monthly and periodic financial reports.
* Other accounting and administrative responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications:
* Previous accounting or bookkeeping experience required.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Comfortable working with financial statements, banking, and reconciliations.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
* Ability to manage deadlines and work independently.
* Property management accounting experience is a plus!
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Position: Full Time Compensation: DOE (Depending on Experience)
