This position is a vital part of the management team at the Traverse City Housing Commission. A successful candidate should have experience in managing general accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger. Candidates must also possess excellent organizational, writing, and people skills (especially with diverse populations).
Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred. Knowledge of Housing Voucher Programs and HUD compliance regulations is preferable. Position works in tandem with the Executive Director. Wage range $94,000 – $105,000/annually DOQ. Job Description is available upon request.
