Are you a strategic analytics leader with a passion for turning data into enterprise-shaping real estate decisions? Do you have a knack for developing talent, influencing executives, and bridging the gap between business demands and technological toolkits? If so, we want you as part of our team!

As an Associate Director on our Enterprise Services Reporting, Analytics, and Data (RAD) team, you will lead a team of analysts responsible for shaping our corporate landscape through advanced real estate planning and technological innovation. You will partner closely with senior leaders across Corporate Real Estate, Enterprise Services, Finance, and Technology to set the analytical vision and drive the successful execution of strategic real estate planning initiatives and AI adoption. The successful candidate must be comfortable interpreting database code, understanding data architectures, and engaging with technical teams to support data-driven decision making and solution delivery.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of business analysts and contracted analysts delivering real estate planning analytics and insights
• Set the analytics roadmap, priorities, and delivery standards aligned to enterprise real estate strategies
• Own and support the modernization vision of analytics technology and capabilities through greater automation, AI enablement, and self-service analytics
• Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business needs and analytics into clear, executive-ready real estate strategies and recommendations
• Lead the development of scalable analytics solutions, dashboards, and reporting tools that make complex real estate data accessible and actionable
• Engage a broad spectrum of stakeholders, translating complex business needs into actionable real estate strategies
• Work cross-functionally, aligning with customers, tech teams, and outsourced partners to ensure flawless project execution
• Accountable for delivering analytics that optimizes workplace portfolio decisions, occupancy strategy, and long-range workforce location forecasting

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role
• 2+ years of direct people leadership experience, including coaching and performance management
• Demonstrated experience influencing senior executives through relationship building and interpersonal skills while leading enterprise-level analytics initiatives
• Proven experience writing SQL queries and working with data warehouses, preferably Snowflake
• Proven advanced proficiency in data visualization tools such as ThoughtSpot and Power BI
• Demonstrated knowledge of AI capabilities, tools, and systems
• Proven solid executive communication, stakeholder management, collaboration, and attention to detail
• Proven independent work ethic, complemented by a collaborative leadership spirit
• Reside, Local to, or within commuting distance of, the Eden Prairie, MN office

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with geospatial tools such as ArcGIS Pro
• Demonstrated project and program management skills
• Background in real estate, workplace strategy, or corporate portfolio analytics

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $112,700 - $193,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
