As a Child Focused Therapist at Sagent Behavioral Health, you will provide compassionate, evidence-based therapeutic services that help improve the mental health and well-being of children, adolescents, and their families in an outpatient setting. Drawing on your clinical training and experience, you will deliver individualized and family therapy using developmentally appropriate, client-centered approaches tailored to each client's unique needs. Responsibilities:
- Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, implement and maintain treatment plans and complete ongoing documentation.
- Provide individual and family therapy to minor clients and their parents/guardians.
- Active participation and responsibility in building, growing, and maintaining caseload to meet agreed upon weekly billable expectations.
- Collaborate with internal and external providers including medical, psychological, and educational partners to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care for clients.
- Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in your community utilizing creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
- Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.

Candidates will have clinical licensure or be on licensure track for:
- MN: LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LP
- Experience completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes with the ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
- Experience with DC:0-5, ECSII/CASII, SDQ assessments, preferred.
- Knowledge of developmental principles and awareness of the intersection between normative child development and psychopathology in the diagnosis and treatment of children/families
- Proficient in the use of Office 365 and EHR systems.
Compensation: We offer two pay options to meet your professional and financial goals! We have an option with a predictable base pay and another with flexible earning potential.
Rate Based Pay Model:
- Licensed: $ 68,000 – 75,000
- Pre-licensed: $ 50,000 – 55,000
Commission Based Pay Model:
- Licensed: $ 66,000 – 124,000
- Pre-licensed: $ 58,000 – 91,000
- Actual compensation may be determined by various factors such as education, experience, skillset, internal equity, schedule and/or location.
