Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and leadership-minded Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) to spearhead and grow our newly integrated Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) division. In this role, you will bridge the gap between pediatric medicine and behavioral health, collaborating directly with our on-site pediatricians, nurse practitioners, and speech/occupational therapists.
As the Clinical Director, you will oversee the clinical integrity of our ABA program, manage a team of up to 6 Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, and design evidence-based treatment plans for pediatric patients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Core Responsibilities
- Clinical Program Design & Assessment: Conduct initial and ongoing functional behavior assessments (FBAs), using standardized tools (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS) to develop highly individualized, medically necessary treatment plans.
- Parent Guidance: Design and conduct regular, data-driven caregiver training sessions to ensure behavioral strategies carry over effectively into the home environment.
- Medical Coordination: Meet regularly with the practice's pediatric medical team to coordinate patient care, discuss developmental milestones, and streamline the referral-to-treatment pipeline.
- Staff Supervision & Mentorship: Provide high-quality, legally compliant supervision to a team of RBTs and BCaBAs (minimum 5% of their monthly direct hours) in strict accordance with Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and Georgia state board guidelines.
- Documentation & Utilization Review: Complete timely clinical documentation, progress notes, and re-authorization reports. Defend clinical choices and establish medical necessity to secure insurance and Georgia Medicaid prior authorizations.
Requirements
- Current Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or equivalent credential.
- Proven experience working with children with disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder and neurodevelopmental disorders.
- Strong background in applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy, and behavioral health interventions.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct behavioral psychological assessments, functional behavior assessments (FBA), and diagnostic evaluations.
- Experience working within school settings or home-based environments is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance standards.
- Prior clinical supervision experience leading multidisciplinary teams or staff training programs.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client communication and team collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced clinical setting.

- Base Salary: $98,000 – $112,000 annually (commensurate with leadership experience and existing credentials).
