Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding Engineering Project Manager Jobs at Adobe Jobs
Tailor your resume to Adobe's delivery methodology
Adobe Engineering Project Managers work within Agile and Scrum frameworks across product lines like Creative Cloud and Document Cloud. Frame your experience around sprint planning, release management, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination to match what Adobe's hiring teams actually screen for.
Confirm the role is petition-eligible before applying
Not every Engineering Project Manager posting at Adobe triggers a visa petition. Look for language specifying a bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field, since USCIS requires specialty occupation status for H-1B eligibility, and generalist PM roles can fall short.
Target internal transfers if you're already in the U.S.
If you're on OPT or CPT at a different employer, Adobe's engineering org regularly hires laterally from candidates already in the U.S. workforce. Filing a cap-exempt or change-of-status petition mid-cycle is faster than waiting for the April H-1B registration window.
Prepare your credential documentation before offer stage
Adobe's immigration team will need a formal credential evaluation for non-U.S. degrees. Commission a NACES-approved evaluation early so your three-year bachelor's equivalent is documented before an offer is on the table, avoiding delays that can push a filing past the next available USCIS window.
Track Adobe's open roles using Migrate Mate
Adobe posts Engineering Project Manager roles across multiple business units and locations. Use Migrate Mate to filter specifically for Adobe positions that include visa sponsorship, so you're applying to openings where the sponsorship pathway has already been confirmed.
Understand the LCA wage tier before negotiating salary
Adobe files Labor Condition Applications with the DOL that lock in a prevailing wage level for your role and work location. Knowing the wage level tied to your job title helps you negotiate from an informed baseline and avoids surprises after the offer is extended.

Find Engineering Project Manager at Adobe JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Adobe sponsor H-1B visas for Engineering Project Managers?
Yes, Adobe sponsors H-1B visas for Engineering Project Manager roles, provided the position meets USCIS specialty occupation requirements. The role must require a bachelor's degree or higher in a specific technical field such as engineering or computer science. Adobe has an established internal immigration team that manages the H-1B petition process, including Labor Condition Application filing with the DOL.
Which visa types does Adobe commonly use for Engineering Project Manager roles?
Adobe sponsors H-1B visas as the primary work authorization path for Engineering Project Managers. Australian citizens can pursue the E-3 visa, which bypasses the H-1B lottery and allows direct consular filing. Canadian and Mexican nationals may qualify under the TN category. F-1 OPT and CPT are also supported for candidates transitioning from academic programs, with Green Card sponsorship available through EB-2 or EB-3 pathways for longer-tenured employees.
What qualifications does Adobe expect for Engineering Project Manager roles?
Adobe typically expects a bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a closely related technical discipline. Hands-on experience managing software development cycles, familiarity with Agile or Scrum delivery frameworks, and demonstrated ability to coordinate across engineering, product, and design teams are standard requirements. For senior-level postings, prior experience in a large-scale SaaS or cloud platform environment is frequently listed.
How do I apply for Engineering Project Manager jobs at Adobe?
You can search and filter for Adobe Engineering Project Manager roles that include visa sponsorship directly on Migrate Mate. Once you identify a relevant opening, applications are submitted through Adobe's careers portal. Prepare a resume that emphasizes technical project delivery, stakeholder management, and familiarity with Adobe's product ecosystem. Having your credential evaluation and immigration documents ready before the offer stage keeps the process moving without delays.
How do I plan my timeline for H-1B sponsorship at Adobe?
The standard H-1B cap registration window opens in March for an October 1 start date. If you're on F-1 OPT, confirm your OPT expiration against that timeline and apply for a 24-month STEM OPT extension if eligible, since it covers you through two lottery cycles. Adobe's immigration team typically initiates the LCA filing with the DOL several weeks before USCIS registration opens, so securing your offer well before February gives the process sufficient runway.
