Translate your degree into U.S. equivalency early
Carollo evaluates civil engineering credentials against U.S. licensing standards. If your degree is from a non-U.S. institution, get a credential evaluation from NACES-recognized provider before applying so your qualifications align with their PE-track expectations.
Target Carollo's water infrastructure practice areas
Carollo focuses exclusively on water and wastewater work, so tailor your application to pipeline, treatment plant, or stormwater projects. Generic civil experience matters less than demonstrated work on municipal water systems or drinking water infrastructure.

Timeline depends on the visa type. E-3 and TN visas can often be arranged within a few weeks through consular processing or port of entry.
