Target Carollo's Water Sector Project Pipelines
Carollo focuses almost entirely on water, wastewater, and water reuse infrastructure. Tailor your resume to reflect experience in those specific sectors, not general civil or construction project management, to clear the initial screening for their open Project Manager roles.
Confirm Sponsorship Willingness Before Final Rounds
Ask Carollo's recruiter directly whether the specific office location supports visa sponsorship for the role. Some positions are tied to regional offices with different hiring authority, and confirming early saves weeks of misaligned interviewing.
Use Migrate Mate to Find Carollo Project Manager Openings
Search Migrate Mate to filter Carollo Engineers' Project Manager listings by visa type. This lets you quickly identify which open roles align with your sponsorship category before you spend time tailoring a full application.
Understand the H-1B Cap and Carollo's Filing Window
If you need a new H-1B, USCIS only accepts cap-subject registrations in March for an October 1 start date. Align your Carollo offer timeline accordingly, and ask whether the company supports premium processing to confirm approval before your current status expires.
Request Green Card Sponsorship Language in Your Offer
Carollo's sponsorship of EB-2 and EB-3 categories means PERM labor certification is on the table for Project Manager hires. Ask during offer negotiation whether the company initiates PERM after a defined tenure period, since this varies by office and role level.

Find Project Manager at Carollo Engineers JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Carollo Engineers sponsor H-1B visas for Project Managers?
Yes, Carollo Engineers sponsors H-1B visas for Project Manager roles. The company has an active sponsorship history across engineering and project delivery functions. If you're applying as a cap-subject candidate, your offer needs to align with USCIS's annual registration window in March, with employment starting October 1 at the earliest.
How do I apply for Project Manager jobs at Carollo Engineers?
Apply through Carollo's careers page or find open Project Manager listings filtered by visa sponsorship on Migrate Mate. Before submitting, confirm the specific role and office location support sponsorship for your visa category. Carollo's Project Manager positions typically require a relevant engineering degree and demonstrated experience in water or wastewater infrastructure project delivery.
Which visa types does Carollo Engineers support for Project Manager roles?
Carollo Engineers sponsors a range of visa categories for Project Manager hires, including H-1B, E-3 (for Australian citizens), TN (for Canadian and Mexican nationals), F-1 OPT and CPT, J-1, and employment-based Green Cards through EB-2 and EB-3. The visa type available to you depends on your nationality, degree, and the specific role's requirements.
What qualifications does Carollo Engineers expect for sponsored Project Manager positions?
Carollo's Project Manager roles typically require a bachelor's degree in civil, environmental, or mechanical engineering, along with several years of experience managing water or wastewater infrastructure projects. A Professional Engineer license is frequently preferred or required. For specialty occupation H-1B petitions, your degree field needs to align directly with the job duties, so a general business or management degree alone is unlikely to satisfy USCIS's criteria.
How long does the sponsorship process take for a Project Manager role at Carollo Engineers?
Timeline depends on your visa category. H-1B cap cases require a March registration and an October 1 start, meaning the process can take six months or more from offer to first day. E-3 and TN visas move faster, often within four to eight weeks of receiving your offer letter and Labor Condition Application from Carollo. EB-2 or EB-3 Green Card sponsorship through PERM typically begins after you've established tenure and takes considerably longer.
