INTRODUCTION
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Vice President, Marketing Operations. This position will directly support the Global Chief Marketing Officer and is located in Atlanta, GA. In this role, you will take a fast-moving, complex organization and bring structure, clarity, and execution discipline. You will ensure everything runs. The Vice President, Marketing Operations will report directly to the Global Chief Marketing Officer and partner cross-functionally with leaders and teams across the organization to deliver enterprise-wide initiatives.

As Vice President, Marketing Operations, you will be expected to work in an office environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:
- Assigned workspace in our Buckhead, Atlanta Office
- Company-issued equipment
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Designing and running the marketing operating system
- Defining workflows, ownership, decision rights, and accountability across brand, demand, digital, and product marketing
- Owning annual and quarterly planning
- Translating strategy into execution
- Building an operating rhythm with all Corpay’s LOBs and sales organizations to align priorities and execution
- Driving rigor across initiatives and campaigns including removing bottlenecks and enforcing accountability
- Leading transformational and strategic initiatives
- Operationalizing AI and new workflows to increase productivity and eliminate redundancies
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years of experience in progressive marketing, revops, and/or go-to-market roles
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field required; MBA preferred
- Proven experience scaling marketing operations in a complex, matrixed organization
- Strong expertise in marketing technology, analytics, and performance management
- Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally and influence executive stakeholders
- Creates alignment across teams and stakeholders to ensure focus on common goals and priorities. Collaborates extensively across functions to drive shared ownership and successful outcomes
- Operates with a strong marketing operations mindset, driving disciplined execution across planning, campaigns, and go-to-market initiatives
- Applies systems thinking to design and optimize integrated marketing processes, data flows, and technology ecosystems
- Builds scalable operating models, workflows, and governance frameworks that enable consistent, high-quality marketing execution
- Demonstrates high accountability for marketing performance, owning outcomes related to efficiency, ROI, and business impact
- Brings order to complexity by structuring ambiguity into clear priorities, plans, and execution paths
