Does Lam Research sponsor H-1B visas for Manufacturing Engineers?
Yes. Lam Research has a consistent record of sponsoring H-1B visas for Manufacturing Engineers. The company files petitions across its semiconductor equipment manufacturing operations, covering roles in process engineering, equipment engineering, and process integration. If you receive an offer, confirm with the recruiter whether they are filing a new H-1B cap-subject petition or a transfer, since the timeline and requirements differ.
Which visa types are commonly used for Manufacturing Engineer roles at Lam Research?
Lam Research sponsors H-1B and TN visas for active employment, and supports F-1 OPT and CPT for students transitioning into full-time roles. For longer-term pathways, the company also sponsors EB-2 and EB-3 immigrant visas.
