Job Description
The Construction Materials Testing Team Leader will oversee all team operations for the West Central Construction Materials Testing (CMT) team, which includes employees based out of our Denver and Tempe, Arizona Field Offices.
As the CMT Team Leader, you will own and drive the teams' staff management, financial performance, project quality, and high level of client service. You will establish goals and objectives for the team, focus on employee development and mentoring, and oversee client service management and winning work with repeat clients. You will direct a team of high-performing individuals and provide purposeful, high-quality solutions to successfully solve engineering and design needs.
Travel between the two offices will be as needed.

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, planning, or a related area preferred. You may substitute the bachelor's degree with an associate degree with equivalent experience.
