- Proficiency in OAuth2, JWT, TLS/mTLS and traffic management policies.
- Good understanding in Kubernetes, YAML, Helm.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS and GCP).
- Good understanding in APIGEE components (runtime and management plane).
- Experience using AI (web, console, IDE based) to troubleshoot problems and write scripts and code.
- Knowledge of AI concepts (RAG, MCP, A2A, AuthN/Z).
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder interaction.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Must be able to work with other team members around the globe (US, Europe...), to provide required support (sometime during early morning and evening hours).
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of IT-relevant work experience with Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems).

7+ years of IT-relevant work experience without a Bachelor’s degree.
