Every day, tens of millions of people come to Roblox to explore, create, play, learn, and connect with friends in 3D immersive digital experiences– all created by our global community of developers and creators.
At Roblox, we're building the tools and platform that empower our community to bring any experience that they can imagine to life. Our vision is to reimagine the way people come together, from anywhere in the world, and on any device. We're on a mission to connect a billion people with optimism and civility, and looking for amazing talent to help us get there.
A career at Roblox means you'll be working to shape the future of human interaction, solving unique technical challenges at scale, and helping to create safer, more civil shared experiences for everyone.
Law Enforcement Operations is the operational backbone of Roblox's law enforcement cooperation, processing thousands of global requests annually and serving as a bridge between law enforcement and internal safety, legal, and policy teams. The org is scaling headcount, automation, and global coverage to meet rapidly increasing volumes and complexity.
Role is remote in the United States.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
You will:
- Directly manage a team of LE Ops agents (FTE and BPO leads), including goal-setting, performance management, coaching, and career development.
- Own queue health and operational performance for a major slice of LE work (e.g., U.S. content requests, international requests, preservation & emergency), delivering on SLA, quality, and compliance targets.
- Design and maintain standard operating procedures, playbooks, and training for your area (onboarding, recurrent training, updates for new laws/tooling).
- Partner with Legal, Policy, Privacy Eng, and Safety to implement new legal or regulatory requirements (e.g., DSA/OSA, CLOUD Act, preservation, automation changes) into day-to-day workflows.
- Work with Privacy Engineering and tooling teams to scope, test, and roll out automation and new LE tools, reducing manual handling of PII and error rates.
- Lead incident-driven and media-sensitive workstreams (e.g., missing-minor cases, SIEs tied to LE requests), ensuring tight coordination with Critical Harms, Comms, and Public Policy teams.
- Own metrics, dashboards, and reviews for your domain: volumes, turnaround, QA trends, rework, and capacity planning; present findings and plans to LE Engagement and Legal/Public Policy leadership.
- Contribute to multi-year roadmap and headcount planning for LE Ops (e.g., BPO vs. FTE mix, regional coverage, specialization).
- Represent LE Ops in cross-functional strategy forums (e.g., LE automation, Trusted Flagger, outreach programs) and help align operational reality with external commitments.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
You have:
- 8+ years in law enforcement response, trust & safety operations, legal operations, or similar, with at least 2+ years people-management experience (direct reports).
- Deep familiarity with US and International criminal legal process, ECPA, CLOUD Act, content vs. non-content, emergency disclosures, and cross-border constraints.
- Proven track record managing an operations queue at scale (high volume, SLA-driven, quality-controlled environment).
- Experience building or refining SOPs, training programs, QA frameworks, and operational dashboards.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects with Legal, Policy, Eng, and Safety, including change-management and stakeholder alignment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior leadership and translating nuanced operational risk into clear recommendations.
Roles that are based in an office are onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional presence on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
Roblox provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws. Roblox also provides reasonable accommodations to candidates with qualifying disabilities or religious beliefs during the recruiting process.
For US based roles only, please note the Company may not be able to employ candidates for this role who have United States work authorization related to certain U.S. visa categories, or support future H-1B sponsorship at this time.

Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding Project Manager Jobs at Roblox Jobs
Frame your portfolio around platform scale
Roblox PM roles frequently involve managing cross-functional work at massive user scale. Before applying, reframe your portfolio to emphasize projects where you coordinated engineering, design, and ops teams, since that mirrors how Roblox structures its product work.
Target teams with recurring PM openings
Roblox's trust and safety, creator marketplace, and platform infrastructure teams post Project Manager roles more consistently than others. Focusing your outreach on these functions gives you a clearer hiring signal than applying broadly across every open PM position.
Use Migrate Mate to surface active openings
Roblox's PM listings don't always surface on general job boards with sponsorship filters. Use Migrate Mate to browse verified Project Manager roles at Roblox filtered by your visa type, so you're only spending time on positions that match your work authorization.

Find Project Manager at Roblox JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Roblox sponsor H-1B visas for Project Managers?
Yes, Roblox sponsors H-1B visas for Project Manager roles. The company has a consistent record of supporting international hires across its product and platform organizations. If you're subject to the H-1B cap, timing matters, since Roblox would need to file your petition during the April registration window for an October 1 start date.
How do I apply for Project Manager jobs at Roblox?
Apply directly through Roblox's careers page. For roles that require visa sponsorship, Migrate Mate is the most efficient way to find open Project Manager positions at Roblox filtered by your visa type. Once you've identified a role, tailor your application to highlight cross-functional delivery experience and familiarity with large-scale consumer platforms, since those are consistent themes in Roblox's PM hiring.
Which visa types does Roblox sponsor for Project Manager roles?
Roblox sponsors a range of visa categories for Project Managers, including H-1B, H-1B1, E-3, TN, F-1 OPT, and employment-based Green Card pathways like EB-2 and EB-3. The right category depends on your nationality, background, and career stage. Australian citizens are typically eligible for the E-3, while Canadian and Mexican nationals may qualify under the TN category.
What qualifications does Roblox expect for sponsored Project Manager roles?
Roblox typically expects a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, or business, alongside demonstrated experience managing complex technical projects. PM roles on platform, creator tools, or trust and safety teams often require comfort working directly with engineering teams. For visa sponsorship purposes, your degree field should align closely with the job's specialty occupation classification under USCIS guidelines.
How do I understand the timeline for visa sponsorship after a Roblox offer?
The timeline depends on your visa type. For H-1B, Roblox must file in April for an October 1 start, meaning offers extended in late winter may have a six-month gap before you can start. E-3 and TN processing is faster, typically weeks rather than months. USCIS premium processing is available for H-1B petitions if you need a faster adjudication decision, usually within 15 business days.
