Align your experience with identity security
Saviynt hires engineers to build identity governance, privileged access, and cloud security products. Framing your resume around IAM, RBAC, or zero-trust architecture signals direct role fit before your application even reaches a recruiter.
Target roles that support H-1B cap exemptions
Engineering positions at software companies like Saviynt are typically cap-subject. If you missed the H-1B lottery, explore whether a cap-exempt institution can employ you concurrently, keeping you work-authorized while you reenter the lottery the following April.
Use Migrate Mate to filter open Engineering roles
Saviynt posts a range of Engineering positions across backend, cloud, and security domains. Use Migrate Mate to browse and filter those openings by visa type so you only apply to roles where your sponsorship need is explicitly supported.
Prepare your credentials before the offer stage
For H-1B specialty occupation petitions, USCIS requires documentation that your degree field directly relates to the role. Have official transcripts, credential evaluations for foreign degrees, and any relevant certifications ready before an offer is extended.

Find Engineering at Saviynt JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Saviynt sponsor H-1B visas for Engineers?
Yes, Saviynt sponsors H-1B visas for Engineering roles. The company has an active sponsorship track record across its software and identity security engineering teams. Because H-1B is a cap-subject visa with an annual lottery, timing your application to align with Saviynt's hiring cycle and the April filing window is critical to securing sponsorship.
How do I apply for Engineering jobs at Saviynt?
Applications go through Saviynt's careers page, where Engineering roles are listed by team and location. You can also browse and filter Saviynt's open Engineering positions on Migrate Mate, which lets you sort by visa type to confirm sponsorship is available before applying. Tailoring your resume to Saviynt's identity governance and cloud security stack improves your chances of moving past initial screening.
Which visa types does Saviynt commonly sponsor for Engineering roles?
Saviynt sponsors H-1B, Green Card pathways including EB-2 and EB-3, F-1 OPT and CPT, TN for Canadian and Mexican nationals, and J-1 visas. For Engineering roles, H-1B and F-1 OPT are the most common starting points, with Green Card sponsorship typically pursued after an employee has established tenure in the role.
What qualifications does Saviynt expect from Engineering candidates who need sponsorship?
Engineering roles at Saviynt generally require a bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical field. For H-1B purposes, USCIS requires the degree to directly relate to the specific role. Saviynt's engineering work centers on identity security, cloud governance, and enterprise SaaS, so experience with Java, microservices, AWS or Azure, and IAM platforms is consistently valued across their job postings.
How do I plan my timeline if I need Saviynt to sponsor my H-1B?
H-1B cap-subject petitions can only be filed in April for an October 1 start date. If you receive an offer from Saviynt outside that window, you'd either use your existing status, such as OPT, until the next filing cycle or negotiate a delayed start. Saviynt is E-Verify enrolled, which is a prerequisite for STEM OPT extensions, so F-1 graduates can often bridge the gap with a 24-month extension while the petition is filed.
