ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead day‑to‑day Environmental Services operations*, ensuring a consistently clean, safe, and compliant healthcare environment.
* Supervise, mentor, and schedule frontline EVS staff, fostering a positive team culture and delivering high‑quality service.
* Uphold hospital policies and regulatory requirements, including infection prevention and safety standards.
* Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to support service responsiveness, patient satisfaction, and overall operational excellence.
