Essential Job Functions
- Staff the reception and main entrance area as the first point of contact.
- Greet and assist visitors; promptly contact the appropriate leader upon arrival.
- Monitor the entrance to ensure associates and visitors do not enter through restricted access points.
- Facilitate answering phone calls and directing to appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a professional, customer‑focused presence that reflects AMS values.
