- Manage the Lawn & Garden department, including inventory, displays, and customer inquiries
- Provide expert advice on gardening products, plants, and outdoor tools
- Ensure a delightful shopping experience for customers through excellent service
- Work with Vendors, ordering product such as lumber, concrete, pine straw and garden bag goods
REQUIREMENTS
- Prior experience in gardening, landscaping, or retail management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift heavy objects
- Must be forklift certified or willing to be trained
