Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and other reports.
- Assist in developing and reviewing annual operating budgets, financial forecasts, and projections. Monitor actual results against budgets and investigate significant variances.
- Monitor and analyze financial activities, including cash flow, accounts receivable, billings, working capital, and other key financial information.
- Analyze financial results, operating costs, and trends to identify opportunities, potential risks, and areas for improvement.
- Assist with financial planning and forecasting to support business decisions and the company's long-term financial goals.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing financial documentation, reviewing account activity, and addressing discrepancies.
- Maintain and support internal financial controls and ensure compliance with GAAP, company policies, and applicable regulations.
- Identify and implement improvements to financial reporting, accounting processes, systems, and procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Work collaboratively within the Accounting/Finance Department as well as other departments to provide financial information and support business decisions.
- Take ownership of assigned financial projects, research complex financial issues, and provide recommendations to improve financial accuracy and efficiency.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, financial reporting, or financial analysis.
- A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- CPA is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, account reconciliations, and GAAP.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting or ERP systems.
