Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and efficient check-in process using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms
- Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with professionalism, demonstrating excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Manage multi-line phone systems to answer reservation inquiries, provide information about hotel amenities, and coordinate guest services
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details while adhering to hotel policies and procedures
- Assist with night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions and ensure financial accuracy at the end of each shift
- Enforce hotel emergency procedures promptly and effectively to ensure guest safety at all times
- Support guest relations by providing local recommendations, resolving issues swiftly, and ensuring a memorable stay for every visitor
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within hotels or resorts is highly preferred
- Proficiency with hotel management software such as HotelKey or other property management systems (PMS)
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and problem resolution
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests
- Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to handle unexpected situations confidently
- Experience working with multi-line phone systems, resort environments, or high-volume front desk operations is beneficial
