Responsibilities - Learn the supply and inventory needs of medical clinics, wellness clinics, spas, and similar businesses. - Organize and maintain back-of-house inventory and supply areas so products are easy to find, count, and track. - Receive, count, label, and track inventory and supplies. - Work in Bridge's marketplace to keep client information and inventory needs accurate and up to date. - Support client accounts by tracking what clients order, what they need, and when they need it. - Help develop and improve inventory systems, processes, and records. - Assist with regular inventory counts and help find and resolve discrepancies. - Document processes so the team can follow them consistently. - Take on other operations and inventory projects as they come up. Ideal Candidate - Organized and detail-oriented. - Comfortable working hands-on with supplies and inventory as well as on a computer. - Quick to learn new systems, marketplaces, and online tools.
