Summary:
- Provide administrative and operational support across all Human Resources functions to ensure efficient HR processes and employee services.
- Coordinate onboarding, employee lifecycle, and offboarding activities, including preparing documentation, scheduling logistics, assigning LMS training, and supporting a positive employee experience.
- Support seasonal and specialized recruiting efforts (including H-2B and Puerto Rico programs) by reviewing applications, conducting phone screens, scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and coordinating pre-employment screenings.
- Maintain accurate employee, applicant, and onboarding records while ensuring confidential HR documentation is properly organized and retained.
- Manage the HR inbox by responding to employee questions and providing timely support and follow-up on routine HR inquiries.
- Assist with updating and maintaining HR policies, procedures, employee handbook content, forms, job descriptions, process documentation, and departmental resources.
- Maintain HR systems, employee data, reports, spreadsheets, SharePoint sites, and workforce tracking tools to support HR operations.
- Coordinate employee engagement, recognition, training, and development initiatives, including the Blue Yeah! recognition program, True Blue Committee activities, employee communications, and training logistics.
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing through social media content, recruiting materials, employee recognition communications, and related initiatives.
- Assist with HR compliance by maintaining required records, tracking policy acknowledgments and training completions, and supporting audit readiness.
- Monitor HR projects and initiatives, follow up on deadlines with managers and employees, and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency.
- Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and cross-functional teams on departmental projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred. 1–3 years of administrative, recruiting, human resources, or customer service experience preferred. Experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, or HR administrative functions preferred. Experience working with HRIS, applicant tracking systems, learning management systems, or other HR technology platforms is preferred.

2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with candidates, employees, and leaders at all levels of the organization.
3. Strong customer service mindset with the ability to respond to employee questions and provide support in a timely and professional manner.
4. High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
6. Ability to learn and effectively utilize HR systems, databases, SharePoint, and other technology tools.
7. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in recordkeeping and data management.
8. Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a team.
9. Strong problem-solving, follow-up, and time-management skills.
10. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and support multiple HR initiatives simultaneously.
