- Assist with preparing, proofreading, and organizing legal documents and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate and organized case files and ensure information is updated in applicable systems.
- Assist with monitoring deadlines, client requirements, firm procedures, and applicable legal regulations.
- Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, paralegals, court personnel, and other parties as needed.
- Utilize and learn legal software, web-based systems, and other technology necessary to perform assigned duties.
- Assist with various administrative and case-related projects as assigned.
- Maintain confidentiality of client and firm information and exercise appropriate discretion and judgment.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
