What a winning week looks like
- Third shift, five nights per week
- Sunday – Thursday, 10:45 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. (week starts Sunday night at 10:45 p.m. and wraps Friday at 7:00 a.m.)

Your mission
Operate, monitor, and improve blending and extrusion processes while upholding safety, quality, and documentation standards.
- Set up and run blending and extruder equipment to spec
- Confirm item numbers, lot numbers, and quantities before release
- Record production data legibly and completely
- Follow SOPs and verbal direction with precision
- Keep your area audit-ready: clean, organized, and safe
- Partner with teammates and perform independently as needed
- Troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime

- Sign-on bonus: $250 at 30 days, $250 at 90 days, and $500 at 180 days
