Position Summary

Keller Williams ONE West Group is looking for a creative, organized, and highly motivated Marketing & Communications Specialist to help tell our story, strengthen our brand, and support marketing initiatives across our ONE West real estate community.

This is a hands-on marketing role for someone who can take an idea from concept to execution. One day you may be developing a social media campaign, the next coordinating marketing for an event, creating branded materials, updating digital content, or working directly with leadership and our agents on a new initiative.

We're looking for someone who understands that great marketing isn't just about making something look good. It's about communicating the right message, creating engagement, protecting the brand, and helping people take action.

The ideal candidate is creative enough to bring new ideas to the table, organized enough to manage multiple projects at once, and proactive enough to move projects forward without needing to be told every next step.

What You'll Do

The Marketing & Communications Specialist will support the planning, creation, execution, and management of marketing and communication initiatives for Keller Williams ONE West Group.

Responsibilities may include:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns that support company initiatives, events, recruiting, agent engagement, brand awareness, and business growth.
• Manage and create content for social media platforms, including planning content calendars, coordinating creative assets, publishing content, and monitoring engagement.
• Create marketing materials for digital and print use, including flyers, graphics, presentations, event materials, email campaigns, signage, and other branded collateral.
• Help manage and maintain website and digital content to ensure information is current, accurate, and aligned with the Keller Williams and ONE West brands.
• Support internal communications to keep our agents and leadership informed, engaged, and connected to opportunities within the organization.
• Assist with the planning, promotion, execution, and marketing of company events, training opportunities, community initiatives, and other special projects.
• Coordinate with vendors, partners, leadership, agents, and other stakeholders to move marketing projects from concept through completion.
• Maintain brand consistency across marketing channels and materials.
• Track campaign and content performance and use results to help improve future marketing decisions.
• Research marketing, social media, real estate, consumer, and local market trends to identify new opportunities.
• Manage multiple projects, deadlines, requests, and priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Bring new ideas to the table. We don't want someone who simply waits for a list of tasks—we want someone who sees opportunities and helps us act on them.
• Assist with additional marketing, communications, and company initiatives as needed.

Experience & Skills

Preferred experience includes:

• Marketing, communications, social media, public relations, branding, or a related field.
• Social media content creation and management.
• Copywriting, editing, and proofreading.
• Event marketing and coordination.
• Email marketing and digital communications.
• Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Website or content management platforms.
• Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
• Project management and organizational tools.
• Experience working in real estate, professional services, or another relationship-driven industry is a plus, but not required.
