JOB DESCRIPTION:

Evogen Nutrition is seeking an organized, energetic, and creative Marketing and Event Coordinator to support our Marketing campaigns, brand activations, athlete initiatives, trade shows, competitions, and community events.

This position will coordinate projects from initial planning through on-site execution and post-event reporting. The coordinator will manage schedules, vendors, promotional materials, product samples, travel logistics, event inventory, and internal communications while ensuring every activation reflects Evogen’s brand standards.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who can manage several deadlines, communicate effectively with athletes and partners, and remain composed in fast-moving event environments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate logistics for trade shows, fitness expos, competitions, athlete appearances, product launches, retail activations, and company events.
• Maintain marketing and event calendars, project timelines, task lists, and budgets.
• Coordinate venues, vendors, travel, accommodations, shipping, equipment, signage, product samples, and promotional materials.
• Serve as a point of contact for athletes, ambassadors, vendors, event organizers, and internal teams.
• Support campaign execution across social media, email, ecommerce, retail, and other marketing channels.
• Prepare event briefs, schedules, checklists, presentations, and supporting materials.
• Coordinate event staffing and communicate responsibilities, schedules, and expectations.
• Manage event inventory and ensure materials arrive accurately and on time.
• Provide hands-on support during event setup, execution, and breakdown.
• Capture or coordinate event content in partnership with Evogen’s creative and social teams.
• Track expenses, process invoices, and maintain accurate event records.
• Measure attendance, engagement, lead generation, sales, and other performance indicators.
• Prepare post-event reports and recommend improvements for future activations.
• Research relevant partnerships, sponsorships, venues, and industry opportunities.
• Maintain consistent brand presentation across all events and marketing materials.
• Perform other marketing and administrative duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, event management, business, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, event planning, brand activation, or a similar role.
• Strong project-management, organization, and time-management skills.
• Experience coordinating vendors, schedules, travel, budgets, and event logistics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with limited supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with project-management tools such as Monday.com or Smartsheet is preferred.
• Experience supporting social media, email marketing, influencer programs, or content production is beneficial.
• Experience in fitness, sports nutrition, consumer products, or ecommerce is preferred.
• Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends based on the event schedule.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
• Valid passport or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or move event materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Genuine interest in fitness, bodybuilding, health, and sports nutrition.
