As a Strategic Marketing Specialist on our Regional Marketing team, you’ll manage day-to-day execution for multi-property campaigns and events while developing project management skills that prepare you for larger initiatives. This role offers the chance to work across multiple properties, collaborate with senior leaders, and make a measurable impact on business results. What You Will Do
Project Ownership
- Manage assigned marketing projects from planning through execution and wrap-up
- Build timelines, track deliverables, and keep partners informed with clear status updates
- Align each project to property and portfolio goals, hitting deadlines and quality standards
- Partner with leadership to define guest criteria and offer values Flag risks early and drive issue resolution with property and vendor partners
Execution and Operations
- Collaborate with property marketing, special events, Direct Mail, Analytics, Studio, Brand, and Internal Services
- Create event and offer details and route for approvals
- Open and manage purchase orders and contracts, and coordinate vendors
- Monitor budgets, reconcile post-event expenses, and capture learnings for the next cycle
- Lead calls with property partners and project stakeholders to review project status and upcoming campaigns
Creative and Communications
- Review creative for accuracy, regulatory, and brand compliance
- Proof and QA direct mail and email assets before deployment
Process and Teamwork
- Manage workflows, timelines, and cross-functional tasks
- Share best practices with Regional Marketing peers and help improve team workflows
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred
- 2 or more years in a marketing coordinator or specialist role with proven project coordination
- Comfortable with Project/Workflow Management tools, Microsoft Office, and basic budget tracking
- Strong organization, communication, and follow-through across multiple projects
- Confidence working with leaders and cross-functional partners Must be at least 21 years of age
Work Style: Hybrid: 3 days/week onsite at CPHQ (Caesars Palace) or specific properties within the Central Region; remaining days remote, as business needs allow.
