Turning Point Center for Change is seeking a dependable, friendly, and mature Evening Receptionist to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a responsible college student, or individual looking to gain professional experience in a healthcare setting.

- Hours may extent to 9:00 depending on need

- Weekday evening schedule

What You’ll Do
As an Evening Receptionist, you will help keep our clinic running smoothly and provide a welcoming experience for clients and families.
Responsibilities may include:
- Greeting clients and families
- Answering and routing telephone calls
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Assisting clients with basic paperwork
- Communicating with therapists and clinic staff
- Maintaining an organized reception area
- Reviewing files and records for completeness
- Assisting with routine administrative and clerical tasks
- Learning basic medical-office procedures and documentation standards
- Protecting client confidentiality and following HIPAA requirements
