This is a consistent school-day teaching assignment for the 2026–2027 academic year.

Candidates must be willing and able to maintain the Tuesday/Thursday schedule through the end of the academic year.
What You'll Do
- Deliver engaging Spanish instruction aligned with the Brilliant Bilingual curriculum
- Establish and consistently reinforce clear classroom expectations and routines
- Maintain an organized, productive learning environment
- Build positive relationships with middle school students while maintaining appropriate boundaries and authority
- Redirect off-task or disruptive behavior calmly and effectively
- Adapt instruction and classroom-management strategies to the needs and dynamics of different groups of students
- Monitor student learning and progress
- Follow partner-school procedures and safety expectations
- Communicate proactively with Brilliant Bilingual instructional leadership
- Collaborate professionally with school faculty, administrators, and staff
- Represent Brilliant Bilingual with professionalism and sound judgment
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of classroom teaching experience
- Prior experience teaching middle and/or high school students
- Demonstrated classroom-management skills
- Fluent or near-fluent Spanish
- Professional English proficiency sufficient for classroom management and communication with school personnel
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to consistently work Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
- Ability to commit to the assignment through May 2027
- Ability to successfully complete required background-clearance procedures

- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 2+ years of K–12 classroom teaching experience
