WE'RE LOOKING FOR A PEOPLE PERSON!
At The Dojo, we do more than teach karate. We help kids build confidence, develop friendships, and achieve their goals.
We're looking for an outgoing, organized, and genuinely personable individual to join our team as a Student Success Coach.
This is a unique position for someone who loves connecting with people, communicates exceptionally well, and takes pride in making others feel valued.
You'll be the friendly, reliable connection between our students, their families, and our instructors. Your primary responsibility is to help ensure every student has an outstanding experience throughout their journey at The Dojo.
This is NOT a karate teaching position, and no martial arts experience is required.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Parent Communication: Make phone calls, send texts, answer questions, and build positive relationships with families.
- Student Success: Help students stay engaged and progressing by following up when our systems identify someone who may need additional attention or support.
- CRM & Organization: Use our student management software to track conversations, update information, and manage follow-up tasks.
- Instructor Coordination: Keep our instructors organized and informed about student needs, parent concerns, and important communications.
- Relationship Building: Get to know our students and families, celebrate their accomplishments, and help make The Dojo a place they love being part of.
- Afternoon Student Supervision: Occasionally help supervise our after-school students during afternoon transitions, generally between 2:30 PM and 4:00 PM.
- Transportation (Optional): Qualified candidates may also help transport students in our passenger vans. No CDL is required for the vehicles used in this role.

This isn't a traditional front-desk job, a daycare position, or a karate instructor role.
You'll play an important part in each student's experience at The Dojo.
Our instructors focus on teaching. You'll help make sure families feel informed, students stay engaged, and our team stays organized.
We're looking for someone who can combine exceptional people skills with strong organization and follow-through.
SCHEDULE
Monday–Friday: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Part-time and full-time opportunities available within our established operating hours.
COMPENSATION
$16–$22 per hour
Starting pay depends on experience, skills, and the responsibilities you're qualified to handle.
Candidates capable of taking on additional responsibilities may qualify for the higher end of the pay range.
