Partner Marketing Manager Jobs in New York: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a partner marketing manager in New York?
Partner marketing manager roles in New York do not require a state-issued license or credential. Most employers expect a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or business, followed by hands-on experience in channel, alliance, or co-marketing functions. New York's dense concentration of tech, media, and financial services firms means that candidates who have worked inside a structured partner program, particularly in SaaS or enterprise software, move to the front of the line.
How much do partner marketing managers make in New York?
Partner marketing managers in New York earn a median of about $181,200 a year, based on May 2025 Bureau of Labor Statistics wage data, ranging from around $104,140 for the lowest 10% to over $324,310 for the top 10%. Pay rises with experience, specialty, and employer.
Which companies hire partner marketing managers in New York?
Employers hiring partner marketing managers in New York right now include Amazon Web Services, TikTok, and Meta, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. New York's status as a hub for enterprise technology, media, and financial services means that both global headquarters and large regional offices post these roles regularly throughout the year.
Which New York cities have the most partner marketing manager jobs?
New York, Brooklyn, and Tarrytown account for the largest share of partner marketing manager openings in New York. New York City drives the majority of demand because it concentrates the North American headquarters and large regional offices of technology, media, and financial services companies that run formal partner programs, while suburban markets like White Plains attract roles tied to enterprise software and managed services firms based in the Hudson Valley corridor.
Are there remote partner marketing manager jobs in New York?
Yes, and more than most fields. About 100% of partner marketing manager openings tied to New York are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, reflecting the desk-based and cross-functional nature of the work. Campaign planning, partner enablement content, and program reporting are the functions most commonly performed fully remotely, while partner event coordination and in-person executive briefings typically require at least occasional presence.
How can I get hired as a partner marketing manager in New York with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is a marketing coordinator or channel operations role inside a company that already has a partner program. Large New York-based technology and media firms often hire associate or program coordinator roles that sit within partner or alliances teams, giving candidates direct exposure to co-marketing workflows. Building a portfolio of campaign briefs, partner enablement materials, or go-to-market plans strengthens applications significantly, as does earning a recognized marketing certification through organizations like the American Marketing Association.
