About Dolead
Dolead aligns marketing, sales, and data to turn paid media into measurable pipeline. We support 200+ clients across 15 countries in Europe & North America, with a team of experts from 13 nationalities, working remotely and from our offices in France and the US.
We partner closely with our clients’ Marketing and Sales teams to turn paid media into measurable pipeline. We launch campaigns fast, connect customer data with confidence, and generate sales-ready leads with a fixed cost per lead.
In Boston, we work in a hybrid model (2–3 days/week in the office) to combine focus and collaboration.
The role
We’re hiring a Performance Marketing Manager Specialist to own performance and growth for a portfolio within our North American team.
You’ll join a newly created growth squad and work alongside Customer Success and Paid Acquisition specialists to support the growth of a portfolio of advertisers.
The exact vertical is still being defined, but the mission is clear: understand what drives performance, identify growth opportunities, and help turn those insights into concrete actions across paid channels.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working close to the numbers, testing ideas and gradually taking more ownership over performance and growth.
What you’ll do
Manage and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across channels including Google Ads and Meta, with exposure to additional platforms such as TikTok, Taboola or Outbrain depending on the portfolio.
Monitor key performance indicators and identify meaningful changes in performance.
Investigate performance issues across channels, creatives, landing pages, offers, tracking and market conditions.
Translate analysis into clear recommendations and prioritized actions for the squad.
Support the development of growth plans alongside the Performance Marketing and Customer Success teams.
Build and run structured experiments across creatives, audiences, offers, landing pages and channel mix.
Work closely with Paid Acquisition specialists to improve campaign execution and share learnings across accounts.
Contribute to forecasting, performance reviews and regular reporting on portfolio health.
Monitor competitors, platform developments and acquisition trends to identify new opportunities.
Build a strong understanding of our clients’ businesses, funnels and growth challenges.
What success looks like
During your first months, you’ll progressively build a strong understanding of Dolead’s business model, our acquisition approach and the accounts you support.
You’ll be able to:
Spot performance changes quickly and investigate what is driving them.
Bring structured, data-backed recommendations to the squad.
Run experiments with clear hypotheses and measurable outcomes.
Develop strong expertise across your portfolio and paid acquisition channels.
Take increasing ownership of performance and growth initiatives as you ramp up.
Who you are
What we’re looking for
4–6+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid acquisition or growth marketing in a data-driven environment.
Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and good working knowledge of Meta Ads.
Comfortable working with performance metrics such as CPL, CPA, CVR, ROAS and revenue-related KPIs.
Strong analytical mindset: you enjoy understanding why something moved, not simply reporting that it did.
Experience running tests across campaigns, creatives, audiences or landing pages.
Comfortable managing several campaigns, markets or accounts at the same time.
Clear communicator who can turn data into actionable recommendations.
Curious, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
Nice to have
Experience in lead generation or other performance-driven acquisition models.
Experience managing multiple client accounts, particularly in an agency or portfolio environment.
Exposure to TikTok Ads, Taboola, Outbrain or other paid acquisition channels.
Experience working with CRM, offline conversion or lead-quality data.
Experience working directly with Google or Meta representatives.
No need to check all the boxes. If you think this role could be a strong next step for you but you have doubts, apply and we can discuss.
What we offer
Transportation costs: reimbursement up to $100/month
Healthcare (AETNA) individual & family - medical, dental, and vision plan & retirement Plan (401K)

Performance Manager Jobs in Massachusetts: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a performance manager in Massachusetts?
Most performance manager roles in Massachusetts require at least a bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, public health, or a related discipline. No single state-issued license governs the role, but candidates in healthcare settings often need familiarity with Massachusetts Department of Public Health reporting standards, and those in financial services benefit from FINRA registrations held by their employer. Building experience in data analysis, project coordination, or operations before moving into a formal performance management title is the most common path.
Which companies hire performance managers in Massachusetts?
Employers hiring performance managers in Massachusetts right now include Bevi, Helm, and Dolead, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. Massachusetts's dense concentration of asset managers, academic medical centers, and technology firms means hiring is consistent year-round rather than seasonal.
Which Massachusetts cities have the most performance manager jobs?
Boston, Cambridge, and Burlington have the most performance manager openings in Massachusetts. Boston dominates due to its headquarters density in financial services, biotech, and health systems, while Cambridge draws demand from research institutions and life sciences companies, and Worcester reflects growth in regional healthcare networks and manufacturing operations anchored by employers such as UMass Memorial Health.
Are there remote performance manager jobs in Massachusetts?
Yes, and more than most fields. About 100% of performance manager openings tied to Massachusetts are remote or hybrid as of August 2026, reflecting the desk-based, analytical nature of the role. Positions focused on reporting, dashboard development, and vendor oversight tend to be the most remote-eligible, while roles requiring direct oversight of clinical or operations teams on-site lean toward hybrid arrangements.
How can I get hired as a performance manager in Massachusetts with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is through an analyst or coordinator role in operations, quality assurance, or program administration. Large Massachusetts employers such as Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, State Street, and UMass Chan Medical School run associate-level rotational and analyst programs that serve as direct pipelines into performance management. Gaining proficiency in a data tool such as Power BI and earning a project management certification strengthens any application from a candidate without direct performance manager experience.
Where can I find and apply to performance manager jobs in Massachusetts?
You can find and apply to performance manager jobs in Massachusetts on Migrate Mate, which lists current Massachusetts openings updated regularly. Find roles that fit your experience and location preference and apply directly to the employers posting them.
