Candidates must also have classroom teaching experience in an accredited school before licensure is granted.
Which companies hire principals in Arkansas?
Arkansas principal roles are posted by Walmart, Molex, and L3Harris and others right now, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. Which Arkansas cities have the most principal jobs?

Little Rock anchors the market as the state's largest city and home to its most populous school district, while Fayetteville and Fort Smith drive demand through large public school systems serving fast-growing northwest and western Arkansas communities.
