Own delivery execution for a product area by establishing clear delivery plans, milestones, and operating cadences with cross-functional teams.
- Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to align scope, sequencing, and tradeoffs to meet outcomes and commitments.

- Ensure solutions are extensible, performant, and aligned with enterprise integration and data strategies.
- Contribute directly to delivery through design and coding of features, integrations, and automation as needed; maintain the ability to step in and build critical components.
-
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering standards (security, performance, maintainability, testing, documentation).
-
Vendor Delivery Oversight & Governance
-
Serve as day-to-day technology owner for an outsourced delivery partner: set expectations, review plans and estimates, validate deliverables, and hold the vendor accountable for scope, quality, timelines, and documentation.
- Translate business needs into vendor-ready requirements (epics/stories, acceptance criteria, NFRs) and ensure alignment on solution approach and definition of done.
-
Manage delivery governance including status reporting, risk/issue management, change control, and dependency coordination across internal teams and the vendor.
-
Risk Management
-
Identify, document, and proactively manage risks, impediments, cross-team dependencies, drive escalation and resolution paths.
-
Coordinate across teams/vendors to sequence integrated work and manage changes to timelines and scope.
-
Platform Maintenance & Continuous Improvement
-
Own ongoing application health: triage and resolve defects, manage technical debt, support patching/upgrades, and drive performance and reliability improvements.
- Establish and maintain technical documentation and decision logs; ensure knowledge transfer from the vendor to internal teams.
-
Continuously improve delivery effectiveness through retrospectives, root-cause analysis, and process/tooling enhancements.
-
Stakeholder Management & Communication
-
Provide transparent, concise status reporting (delivery health, scope, risks, decisions) tailored to different audiences.
- Facilitate alignment across business and technology stakeholders; capture decisions and manage expectations throughout delivery.
Qualifications What You Will Bring

- Automotive or financial services industries preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Salesforce certifications are a plus.
- Proven ability to analyze, architect, and design scalable Salesforce solutions, including process flows, workflows, and integrations with internal enterprise systems.
