We are looking for a detail-oriented, resourceful, and proactive Program & Client Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, communicates well with different types of people, and is eager to learn about our programs and services.
Responsibilities
- Manage project timelines, schedules, and follow-ups to ensure programs run smoothly
- Communicate with students and parents and provide thoughtful, professional client support
- Conduct parent consultations and understand their needs, questions, and concerns
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with educational consultants
- Coordinate between students, parents, and consultants while considering each party’s perspective and needs
- Track project progress and make sure important details and deadlines are not missed
- Learn our programs and services and develop a strong understanding of how they work
- Identify potential issues proactively and find practical solutions
- Maintain organized records and ensure clear communication throughout each project
- Follow up on action items and ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner
Qualifications
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and responsible
- Resourceful, thoughtful, and able to anticipate what needs to be done
- Eager and willing to learn about our programs and services
- Able to understand situations from multiple perspectives, including those of students, parents, and consultants
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks and priorities at the same time
- Able to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
- Reliable, proactive, and able to follow through without constant supervision
- Korean language proficiency is preferred
- Experience in U.S. college admissions consulting is a plus
- Experience in education, consulting, customer service, or project coordination is a plus
