INTRODUCTION
The TA Specialist is tasked with developing and implementing strategic initiatives for talent acquisition. This role aims to refine the recruitment process, enhancing the candidate's journey from discovery to onboarding and identify top talent in our industry. Given our company's growth trajectory, the scope of your responsibilities is expected to expand in line with the company's development and the display of your distinctive abilities.
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Sourcing and screening resumes for Business Development Manager and Account Manager positions
- Manage the new hire process
- Assist with supporting the college recruiting program. Occasional job fair or industry event participation
- Build and maintain proactive pipelines of talent and identify opportunities to reach a larger scope of talent
- Heavy sourcing of talent through LinkedIn and Indeed efforts
- Manage the entire interview process to ensure efficiency which includes interview coordination and communication internally and externally
- Indeed hourly job postings
- Assist with ongoing social media efforts to promote open positions, recruiting events, career fairs, company culture, and employer branding initiatives
- Create and coordinate recruiting-related content using platforms such as Canva, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other social media channels.
Corporate Planning:
- Collaborate with the TA team to plan corporate events
- Ordering office supplies, breakroom supplies and restocking items
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Exceptional communication abilities, encompassing both written and verbal skills
- Positive attitude and ability to quickly adapt to rapid change
- Team player
- Willingness to be in the office Monday-Friday and collaborating with the team
- Ability to handle light travel
