- Successful experience as a Regional Director of Operations or an Administrator for an Assisted Living, Independent Living, or Memory Care facility.
- Proven track record in Sales and revenue/expense management.
- Hold an Administrator’s License or be able to obtain one.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills.
- A desire to make a difference in the lives of seniors and a commitment to meet the needs of our residents.
- Proficient in English reading and writing
- CPR Certification (preferred).
- Must pass criminal background check and drug test.
