General Overview:
Inside Sales Coordinator will work cooperatively with Sales Department in performing a wide variety of tasks to including oversight of Customer Service and Sales Administrator duties.
Shift Hours:
Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a 1 hour lunch or as approved by supervisor. (Salary)

Position Duties:
1. Oversee the quote entry and sales order entry process
2. Review and manage incoming customer requests
3. Maintain customer portals in an accurate and timely manner
4. Assist in processing product expedite requests
5. Assist in placing Purchase Order and performing Purchase Order receiving
6. Perform reporting for Executive Management as directed
7. Demonstrate time management skills
8. Maintain organized and efficient work environment
9. Perform other tasks and duties as needed
General Requirements:
Proficient in MS Outlook, Word and Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comply with certification requirements
Comply with IMS procedures and policies
Complete all duties as assigned
Attention to detail

Pay: $68,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
