About the Role
Desort is seeking a Client Acquisition Executive to drive growth by building strong client relationships and generating new business. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive on prospecting, cold calling, and closing deals. You’ll represent Desort’s recruitment solutions, expand our client base, and earn uncapped commissions based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and convert new business opportunities through outbound outreach
- Build and manage a portfolio of clients across multiple industries
- Conduct discovery calls and present Desort’s recruitment solutions
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to secure new clients
- Collaborate with recruiters to ensure successful placements
- Track pipeline activity, performance metrics, and revenue outcomes
- Represent Desort with professionalism, urgency, and confidence
Candidate Profile
- Proven success in sales, business development, recruiting, or staffing
- Comfortable with cold calling, prospecting, and closing deals
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and highly organized
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive remotely
Compensation & Benefits
- 100% Commission-Only – no base salary or hourly wage
- Top performers earn $85,000 – $180,000+ annually
