THE POSITION

FanDuel is looking for a Customer Growth Senior Manager to optimize and grow our customer lifecycles to accelerate lifetime value. You will play a key role on the Customer Growth team, providing operational excellence and strategic input. This role will collaborate with multiple departments within FanDuel including, but not limited to, Operations, Marketing Technology, Customer Service, Brand, and Product. This is an exciting opportunity to help elevate the customer experience while executing revenue generating marketing initiatives at a premier gaming company.
In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.
THE GAME PLAN

- Lead lifecycle marketing strategy to drive engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value
- Oversee and optimize retention budget allocation to maximize revenue impact
- Own lifecycle strategy end-to-end, from ideation through execution and performance optimization
- Serve as an expert in marketing technology and data, leveraging systems to enable scalable, targeted campaigns
- Apply deep understanding of data architecture to inform segmentation and marketing effectiveness
- Lead cross-functional initiatives with Data Science to advance data- and model-driven marketing strategies
- Analyze competitive and market trends to inform promotional strategy, pricing, and positioning
- Translate insights into actionable strategies across messaging, offers, and customer experience
- Collaborate cross-functionally to build strong partnerships that ensure alignment, execution excellence, and delivery of integrated, high-impact campaigns
- Provide strategic input to support go-to-market initiatives and broader business objectives
- Partner with Experimentation to define and execute a testing roadmap for lifecycle innovation
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a high-performance, growth-oriented culture
THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Customer Marketing or similar roles, with 3 years managing a team
- Demonstrated ownership of full CRM lifecycle management, including planning, execution, and performance optimization
- Track record of effectively managing substantial budgets in a data-driven, results-oriented environment
- Experience leveraging AI technologies, supported by strong technical acumen
- Top-notch organizational and project management skills to handle concurrent initiatives and deadlines
- Deep understanding of marketing platforms, Email Service Providers and Customer Data Platform Technologies (Braze, XP, Moveable Ink, Salesforce or similar tools)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication to collaborate with stakeholders and leaders
- Comfort with data and insights to measure performance and track budgets
- Ability to set and meet expectations for both internal and external partners
- Has a positive attitude and loves being a team player
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Avid interest in I-gaming and sports betting, with a good understanding of FanDuel and similar competitive products
- Experience working within a heavily regulated industry is a plus

Compensation Range: $127,000 - $159,000 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
