As a Customer Service & Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Price quotes to sell Molly Maid cleaning services — Meet with warm leads in their home and over the phone.
- Grow and retain customers — Answer phone calls with a smile and book estimates and cleans for our valued customers.
- Communicate with customers and leads in a friendly, positive, and professional manner — Show them you care about their home; make a connection and you’ll win.
- Close the loop on any open estimates/sales — We believe the personal relationship is important and that starts with you, the estimator.
- Promote our culture and team — Embrace our culture of teamwork and let your positive attitude energize the team.
- Customer Satisfaction — Cheerfully resolve customer concerns, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution.
